Vietnam - Chandler Corporation Acquires an 80% Shareholding in Vietnam's Hoan My Medical Corporation

SINGAPORE, June 11, 2013 (ANTARA/PRNewswire) -- The Chandler Corporation announced today a US $99 million investment in Hoan My Medical Corporation, acquiring an 80% stake in Vietnam's largest private hospital group.

The investment in Hoan My complements the healthcare businesses the Chandler Corporation owns and operates in Indonesia and the Philippines, positioning it to become a leading private healthcare provider in Asia.
